Be Gentle – Avoid rubbing your skin and be gentle on it. Rubbing skin can irritate your skin leading to acne and other skin problems. Many people have the habit of rubbing their skin with towel. This habit can make skin look older overtime. It’s always better to pat skin dry.
Natural alternatives – Always opt for natural alternatives for your skin wherever possible e.g. for removing makeup use mixture of castor oil and other oils such as almond oil and olive oil instead of makeup remover. Avoid products that contain parabens.
